Our Ministers

In 1997 Bishop Michael and his wife Revd Pat both, with their passion for Christ started a regular home bible studies and prayer meetings, which became the present Christian Church of God Pentecostal (CCOGP). The church has been an integral part of the local community, reaching out to the homeless-the 999 club, the elderly, the poor and hungry-the food bank. Also, for Evangelistic and Humanitarian work- with an objective to save lives, alleviate sufferings and maintain human dignity. Their charitable works includes their spiritual and financial support for the widows and orphanage homes in Jerusalem, a place they frequently visit annually

In 1999 Bishop Michael and Rev Pat were ordained pastors and graduated at the International Bible Institute of London (IBIOL). They have been to many parts of the world on missionary and evangelistic activities – preaching the good news of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Bishop Michael & Revd Pat co-founded the Christian Church of God Pentecostal in the year 2000 and the Christian Church of God Pentecostal Bible College in 2010 where they both teach as volunteers, provide biblical guidance and a listening ear.

Bishop Michael has several years’ experience of working in Local government in London, holds an Honorary Doctorate degree in Theological Studies and has various biblical training.

Revd Pat has over 40 years experience of working in Local government in London and has a Master’s degree in Theology – (Winchester University). Pat is a trained Counsellor. 

Bishop Michael & Revd Pat have both worked and volunteered as Chaplains at the Bexley Hospice.

They are blessed with children who have been workers in various department of the church since its inception.

Bishop Michael and Revd Pat are people of great faith, who lives and walks by faith for ”without faith, it is impossible to please God” (Hebrews 11:6).
